COMUNICAT DE DISPONIBILITATE
Incepand cu data de 28 noiembrie 2025, ora 19:00 (ora Romaniei), Situatiile Financiare interimare consolidate simplificate, nerevizuite si neauditate, la data si pentru perioada de noua luni incheiata la 30 septembrie 2025, in conformitate cu Standardele Internationale de Raportare Financiara adoptate de Uniunea Europeana (“IFRS-EU”), si Raportul consolidat al administratorilor pentru trimestrul III 2025 vor putea fi accesate, atat in limba romana, cat si in engleza, in format electronic, pe pagina de internet a societatii, sectiunea Investitori > Rezultate si Raportari > Rezultate Financiare, la adresa https://www.electrica.ro/investitori/rezultate-si-raportari/rezultate-financiare/situatiile-financiare-pentru-t3-2025/.
Toate aceste documente vor putea fi accesate si in format fizic, la sediul social al Societatii, din Bucuresti, str. Grigore Alexandrescu nr. 9, sector 1, care functioneaza de luni pana joi, intre orele 08:00-17:00 (ora Romaniei), si vineri, intre orele 08:00-14:30 (ora României), cu exceptia sarbatorilor legale.

AVAILABILITY ANNOUNCEMENT
Starting with 28 November 2025, at 19:00 (Romania time), the Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements, not reviewed and unaudited, as at and for the nine-month period ended 30 September 2025, prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the European Union (“IFRS-EU), and the Consolidated Directors‘ Report for the third quarter of 2025 will be available, in both Romanian and English, in electronic format on the company’s website, under Investor > Results and Reports > Financial Results at: https://www.electrica.ro/en/investors/results-and-reports/financial-results/financial-statements-for-t3-2025/.
The above-mentioned documents will also be available in hard copy at the Company’s registered office in Bucharest, Grigore Alexandrescu 9, district 1, which operates Monday to Thursday from, 8:00 to 17:00 (Romanian time) and Friday from 8:00 to 14:30 (Romania time), except on public holidays.
Electrica’s management will hold on 2 December 2025 at 16:00 (Romani time), a web conference for analysts and investors: Presentation of Electrica Group’s Q3 2025 Financial Results.
