Offer validity: 90 days from the closing date (deadline) for submission of bids(offers).
Deadline for submission of bids: 30.01.2026 at 12.00 o’clock Romania time.
The offers (bids) will be sent, in English or Romanian, electronically (on memory stick or digital link) and printed on paper, in a sealed envelope at the registry office of Chimcomplex S.A Borzesti, 3 Industriilor Street, Onesti, Bacau county to the attention: Anamaria Mardaru – Technical Director/Project Manager

Date, time and place of opening offers (bids): 30.01.2026 at 13.00, at the headquarters of Chimcomplex S.A Borzesti, 3 Industriilor Street, Onesti, Bacau County.
Tenderers shall have the right to participate to the offers opening session, Industrilor street no.3, Onesti, Bacau County, only with a letter of authorization.

The beneficiary will respond to the requests for clarifications received from the bidders within a maximum of 3 calendar days from the receipt of the request for clarification.
